Steamy & Risqué Halloween Costumes Worn by Celebrities

The rich and famous enjoy taking typical Halloween costumes and turning up the heat. Celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Kim Kardashian West, and Jenny McCarthy have proven that they love committing to showing some skin in sassy and slinkier costumes.

There are some surprising stars who have taken their costumes to steamy levels, such as an Academy Award winner, a reality TV star, and even a Top Chef host. This is not a trick; treat yourself to these steamy costumes that celebrities have worn on past Halloweens.

Kendall Jenner as an Austin Powers Fembot

For Halloween 2018, Kendall Jenner channeled the totally groovy character from the Austin Powers movie for a party in Las Vegas. The look featured a fluffy pink nightgown, satin gloves, heels with fluffy pink trim, and a blonde wig.

She arrived with her friend Fai Khadra, who was dressed as Austin Powers. Jenna later captioned her Instagram post of the costume with a quote from the movie, “Should we show now or shag later, baby?” Yeah, baby, this might just be one of Jenner’s better Halloween costumes!

Winnie Harlow as RuPaul

Though she had her choice of any of the famous queens that had competed on RuPaul’s Drag Race, the model attended Heidi Klum’s yearly Halloween party as RuPaul herself. Harlow donned a blonde wig almost identical to RuPaul’s dramatically voluminous and intricate blonde up-do from his M.A.C. glam days.

Her outfit included a red lace-up corset, high red boots, and red leather armbands. To finish off her RuPaul look, Harlow finished her look with a deep, red lipstick. Harlow’s Halloween costume actually inspired an actual M.A.C. Viva glam campaign.

Jenna Dewan as a Unicorn

The dancer’s unicorn costume mystified other guests at the 2016 Casamigos Tequila Halloween party. The host of World of Dance bravely covered her hair in silver glitter, attached an additional pastel ponytail, and finished the look with a shiny silver unicorn horn.

Photo by Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images

Besides the minimal streaks of pink body paint, Dewan kept the rest of the outfit pretty simple with all-white everything: tank top, ballet skirt, and tights. Since this Halloween party, Dewan gave birth to a son in 2020 with her partner, actor Steve Kazee.

Lupita Nyong’o as Dionne

As if this Oscar-winning Black Panther star could get any more iconic! Are we totally buggin’, or did Lupita Nyung’o nail every detail of this look as Stacey Dash’s Dionne from Clueless? At a Halloween party in 2018, the actress perfectly embodied the ’90s movie look with a black-and-white plaid blazer, matching skirt, and a large cell phone.

Lupita even committed to the point where she wore a nose ring! The attention to detail with this look made it one of the most memorable looks at the party.

Padma Lakshmi as the Black Swan

The TV personality donned a black corset and skirt covered in feathers, black tights, pale makeup, and a tiara to take on the titular role from the movie Black Swan for Heidi Klum’s Halloween party in 2018.

Though the Taste the Nation star nailed the costume, she didn’t physically prepare for the role like actress Mila Kunis did for the film. Padma has claimed she eats around 7,000 calories per day when she’s hosting Top Chef, while Kunis only had 1,200 calories per day for the role.

The Weeknd and Bella Hadid as Beetlejuice and Lydia

When this singer-model pair were still dating, they fully committed for Heidi Klum’s Halloween party in New York City. The two channeled Tim Burton and embodied some of the most memorable characters. The Weeknd donned a wig and face paint to represent Michael Keaton’s eerie Beetlejuice from the movie.

Hadid wore a red wedding gown and piecey bangs to take on Winona Ryder’s Lydia Deetz. Hadid actually channeled Lydia again when she rocked piecey-looking black bangs again to walk in the Haider Ackermann show during Fashion Week 2020 in Paris.

Emily Ratajkowski as a Cavewoman

Emily Ratajkowski attended Travis Scott’s Halloween party in 2018, and her furry two-piece was reminiscent of Raquel Welch in One Million Years B.C. This wasn’t the only time the model would proudly show off her body hair.

In 2019, Ratajkowski showed her natural armpit hair for an underwear photoshoot and essay for Harper’s Bazaar. In her essay, she wrote how maintenance of body hair is a choice each woman has and how there’s no right or wrong choice as long as the woman has autonomy over her own body.

Coco Austin as a Ninja

The Ice & Coco star showed off her swordsmanship for the annual Halloween party hosted by Heidi Klum. Coco wore a black-and-red bodysuit, black boots, fishnet tights, and a themed headband to complete her ninja costume. Coco’s body was also on display in 2020 when she posted photos of herself breastfeeding her daughter.

This was one of several posts depicting breastfeeding that Coco uploaded to her account. Her caption mentioned how much positive feedback she’s gotten from other breastfeeding moms who have appreciated her Instagram posts.

Nicki Minaj as a Fairy Princess

The rapper and mom of a toddler showed off her another side to herself in 2015, when she wore a fairy princess costume for Halloween. Minaj sparkled in a leotard covered with jewels and a plunging neckline. She paired the leotard with a puffy white tutu, silver crown, and a royal scepter.

Funnily enough, Minaj could have an actual fairy godmother. In 2012, the rapper said that she longed to have a son. In 2020, that’s exactly what she did. When she took to Instagram to announce his arrival, she was so grateful and obsessed with her son.

Paris Hilton as a Sexy Bunny

In 2005, Paris Hilton went for the sexy bunny look with lacy lingerie and furry ears for Haylie Duff’s Halloween party. We say that she’s a bunny, but the ears don’t have us 100% convinced of what she is. This wouldn’t be Hilton’s last time wearing lingerie in public as she walked in Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty fashion show wearing lingerie in 2020.

Later that year, the business mogul and reality TV star released This Is Paris, her eye-opening documentary. The film revisits traumatic experiences from Hilton’s younger years that she decided to speak publicly about for the first time.

Kim Kardashian West as Catwoman

Kim shows that you can be covered up and still look sexy on Halloween. The KUWTK star rocked a head-to-toe Catwoman suit for her Halloween-themed birthday party in 2012. Her then-boyfriend, now-estranged husband, Kanye West, was by her side as Batman.

Kim’s family is known for their extravagant, detailed Halloween costumes, and this was one ranks amongst her other iconic looks of Cher and Selena. Since having children of her own, Kim has gotten really creative with family costumes that were spider and Flintstone themed.

Selita Ebanks as the Devil

Selita Ebanks was smoking hot in this devil-inspired outfit. Ebanks’ entire costume was black and red, starting with her alternatively colored hair, red mascara, dual-colored eyeliner, two-toned lipstick, and devil horns. The model also used a crimson color on her chest and neck.

The outfit portion of her outfit was a red-and-black corset that had jewels applied to the entire thing. The neckline of the bodysuit had what resembled claws poking out of it. To tie the whole look together, she wore tights, tall red boots, and red gloves.

Ariel Winter as a Skeleton

The Modern Family actress posed with her then-boyfriend, Levi Meaden, in all-black skeleton costumes and full faces of makeup at a 2017 Halloween party. Their skeleton costumes included face paint using white, black, and gray to accentuate parts to make their head resemble an actual skull.

Winter paired her painted face with a black halter leotard, fishnet tights, and high black boots. This pair broke up two years later, and Winter has since moved on by dating Dumplin’ actor Luke Benward. Winter and Benward announced that they are both appearing in the independent film Don’t Log Off.

Gretchen Rossi as a Fur Fan

The blonde reality star rocked a lot of fur in 2015. Rossi stayed warm and cozy for a Halloween Bash by showing up in a blue mini dress with a plunging neckline, full fur trim, and fully fur tall boots.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star also stuffed her signature hair under a black wig to rock the bob for the party. Rossi has been known to show off her body on other red carpet experiences, like when she only wore a bikini for a Las Vegas beach event.

Mariah Carey as the Devil

The singing legend had to come in an equally legendary costume for her Halloween party in 2016. The devil-inspired ensemble included a red corset, a red long-sleeved latex top, lace-up black platform high heels, red-feathered wings, lots of diamond jewelry, and a signature pair of devil horns.

To finish off her look, Carey carried around a pitchfork. The singer has quite the reputation for going really big when it comes to the level of commitment for Halloween. Carey and her ex-husband Nick Cannon actually threw a huge Halloween party for their children.

Gigi Gorgeous as Cinderella

The Canadian YouTuber dressed as Cinderella for a West Hollywood Halloween party. Gorgeous rocked a baby blue two-piece ensemble, including a mini ruffled skirt and a bustier-style corset. She included accessories to finish off her look, including a black choker, white fingerless gloves, a matching velvet headband, and a sparkling tiara.

Gorgeous even styled her blonde hair exactly like the Disney princess. Gorgeous went to the party with her now-husband, Nats Getty, who wore a Prince Charming costume. Gorgeous and Getty also looked like actual royalty when they got married in 2019.

Nikita Dragun as Leeloo

Nikita Dragun is known for her YouTube videos and being a makeup artist, but this Halloween costume showed fans that she knows how to commit to a head-to-toe look. The YouTuber decided to attend a costume party dressed as Leeloo, Milla Jovovich’s character from the 1997 movie The Fifth Element.

The character of Leeloo was known for the white bondage outfit and bright orange bob with bangs, which Dragun embodied to perfection. Her makeup was also on point, which makes sense since she’s had her own line of beauty products since 2019.

Coco Austin as a Maid

Coco Austin rose to fame for her beautiful body with modeling and acting, so it isn’t surprising that she chose to wear a revealing costume to this Halloween bash. These days, this Ice Loves Coco reality star is cleaning up after her daughter at home.

However, for this Halloween event, she was wiping the floor with her sassy maid costume. She wore a black thong-bottom bodysuit, black fishnet tights, a black apron with lace trim, a garter, a white lace bracelet, and a matching lace headband.

Corinne Olympios as a Metallic Bird

Appearing on The Bachelor in Paradise means that you’ll be wearing countless bikinis and revealing swimsuits in public. So, when Corinne Olympios was invited to the Maxim Halloween event of the year, it came as a surprise to no one that she would choose a costume that was similar to a bikini swimsuit.

The former Bachelor in Paradise contestant looked incredible as what we can only assume is a metallic bird look. She wore a silver metallic bikini top, a matching metallic skirt, a sheer pink overlay with feathers along with the trim, and matching feathers in her hair.

Alessandra Ambrosio as a Unicorn

When you’ve modeled for Victoria’s Secret, odds are very much in your favor that you’re going to look fabulous in whatever costume you wear. This couldn’t have been truer when Alessandra Ambrosio stepped out in this fantastic all-white ensemble.

The model wowed the other party guest when she showed up dressed as a mystical unicorn. Her costume consisted of a plunging long-sleeve bodysuit, shimmering sheer tights, knee-high white boots, a white wig, and a glittery unicorn horn. Ambrosio completed her look with colored contacts and body glitter.

Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley as a Schoolgirl

The Jersey Shore cast members are no strangers to some interesting and revealing outfits, so it should come as no surprise to fans that they absolutely love dressing up for Halloween. Before all of them started getting married and having children, they attended a Jersey Shore-themed Halloween party.

JWoww showed up dressed as a sexy schoolgirl, somewhat similar to Britney Spears’ look in her “Oops!… I Did It Again” music video. She wore her hair in pigtails, a red and black plaid skirt, a matching bra, and a white shirt that she tied in the front.

Joanna Krupa as a Dominatrix

Joanna Krupa showed off what she’s working with in a completely sheer costume for this Halloween party. The Polish model and host of Poland’s Next Top Model reality TV star managed to cover herself up but still show everything.

Her dominatrix costume became a reality through a long-sleeved, plunging sheer bodysuit with leather studded trim, knee-high black boots, a metal choker necklace, and a leather whip. Her hair was slicked back into a high ponytail, and her makeup was natural minus the bold winged eyeliner.

Tawny Jordan as Selena (maybe)

The beautiful Tawny Jordan rocks whatever outfit she’s wearing, and this costume is no exception to that. The model drew a lot of attention for this Selena-esque costume, though we can’t say for certain exactly who she’s supposed to be dressed as at the Maxim Halloween event.

Jordan’s outfit included a black and silver bra, black satin gloves, knee-high black tights, high-waisted satin and lace bottoms, and black high heels. The finishing touches were a black wig with blunt bangs and some deep red lipstick.

Tinashe as a Pink Bombshell

The “2 On” singer showed up to this annual Halloween party, ready to strut her stuff. The first thing other guests noticed was her head-to-toe bubblegum pink ensemble. Tinashe strutted into the party, donning a bright pink pair of platform heels, a bodycon halter dress, a voluminous feathered shawl, and a pink choker.

She picked her lipstick color to match the rest of her outfit. The most notable aspect of Tinashe’s overall look was her statement headpiece. It was made of various diamonds that hung onto her face in place of bangs.

Ashanti as a Leopard

Ashanti is known for her voice and supporting acting roles. But now, she can add her memorable Halloween costumes to the list. Though a cat costume on Halloween seems a little basic compared to the other celebrity costumes we’ve seen, the singer and actress found a way to put a fresh spin on it.

Photo by Chance Yeh/Patrick McMullan/Getty Images

Ashanti’s leopard costume consisted of leopard print short spandex shorts, a black leather top, sheer black tights, fur-trimmed high heels, leopard print gloves, large leopard ears, and a black wig with straight across bangs.

Peta Murgatroyd as Little Red Riding Hood

Peta Murgatroyd kept her dancing clothes at home and instead opted for a creepier look than what she normally wears on the show. The Dancing With the Stars professional dancer took a classic character and gave it a good Halloween twist for the Maxim Halloween Party.

Murgatroyd dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood but went in a more ghoulish direction with her look. The costume consisted of knee-high black boots, a full-body lace-front bodysuit, gingham with lace trim hanging from her hips as a pseudo-skirt, and the iconic crimson red cape with the hood up.

Shanina Shaik as a Modern Marilyn

When Shanina Shaik got the invite to Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween party and showed up in this outfit, people thought she looked great despite the fact that they had no clue who she was supposed to be.

If we could make a guess, based on the platinum blonde hair, bold eyebrows, and red lips, it seems that she was doing an ode to Marilyn Monroe. Shaik’s barely there bikini top, tiny denim shorts, oversized sunglasses, and dramatic fur coat all made us think it was a modern spin on the old Hollywood actress.

Vanessa Morgan as a Reptile

Vanessa Morgan attended the annual Just Jared Halloween event and opted for an understated outfit. The Riverdale actress showed up to the party wearing a skintight, full-body bodysuit that was covered completely with a reptile scale pattern.

Besides that, she wore black heels and a gold choker necklace in the shape of a snake. Apart from the pattern of the bodysuit, there aren’t many indicators of what she’s supposed to be dressed as, so we’re assuming that she’s supposed to be some sort of reptile.

Nicole Scherzinger as Cleopatra

The Masked Singer judge is no stranger to revealing outfits from her time singing with the Pussycat Dolls. Nicole Scherzinger was able to make quite the statement with her Halloween costume. She was able to combine old and new with her take on the famous Egyptian queen Cleopatra.

Photo by Ricky Vigil/GC Images/Getty Images

Her ensemble included gold strappy sandals, gold cuffs, a plunging neckline corset top, beaded short skirt, shiny golden cape, and bejeweled neckpiece. The most important parts of her costume were the black bob wig with blunt bangs and the traditionally thick eyeliner.

Aubrey O’Day as Cruella de Vil

The former Danity Kane member was not messing around when she appeared at this Halloween party. She was fully committed to having a good time and rocking a recognizable costume. Aubrey O’Day decided to channel the villain from Disney’s 101 Dalmatians, Cruella de Vil. She wore a red and black bodycon dress.

The dress had dalmatian patterned trim that matched the trim of her red gloves. The look was completed with fishnet tights, red strappy high heels, and a white and black shawl. O’Day paid attention to the details and matched her hair and makeup to the cartoon character.

Shay Mitchell as Poison Ivy

We’re not lying when we say that this Pretty Little Liars actress looks absolutely stunning in her interpretation of Poison Ivy at this Halloween party. Shay Mitchell was all about the small details when she put on this costume.

Mitchell donned a shiny green dress with leaf appliques, a matching leafy cape, and tan strappy sandals. She even appliqued leaves directly to her upper chest to go with her outfit. The actress finished off the look with a long bright red wig and matching bold lipstick.

Nina Agdal as a Superhero

Nina Agdal showed up to a costume event ready to save the day! The Danish model came dressed as an ambiguous superhero, so she got to choose her superpower, and we’re guessing it’s looking beautiful in whatever she wears. Agdal wore a black leather set of a miniskirt and plunging crop top.

The skirt came with a belt embezzled with a white star, while the crop top had bright blue trim that went back into a blue cape. She wore a wig in the same shade of blue and finished the look with black leather fingerless gloves.

Sarah Hyland as Selene

Sarah Hyland was out for blood when she showed up to the Just Jared Halloween party dressed as the vampire Selene from the Underworld movie franchise. The Modern Family actress rocked an all-leather look from head-to-toe that included cargo pants, a long sleeve shirt with a plunging neckline, a black corset, and fake weapons.

She finished her look with colored contacts to have blue eyes for her character and a black blunt bob wig. If there were any people dressed as werewolves, they were surely shaking in their paws.

Jessica Sutta as Miley Cyrus

They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so Jessica Sutta must be one of the sincerest people who attended the Just Jared Halloween event. The Pussycat Dolls member chose to dress up as another talented musical artist, Miley Cyrus.

Of all the Miley Cyrus looks she could’ve gone with, Sutta really pushed the boundaries with a barely-there look. She wore nude booty shorts with a silver holey front covering and paired them with metallic silver pasties underneath matching metallic strips. Sutta completed the look with a long blonde ponytail.

Fergie as Choupette

Fergie is known for doing her own thing, and we are pretty confident that she was the only person at this Halloween party that dressed as another celebrity’s pet. The former Black Eyed Peas singer dressed up as a white cat, but not just any ordinary cat.

Fergie specifically came dressed as designer Karl Lagerfeld’s cat, Choupette. To create this look, she paired a white corseted bodysuit with a sheer white overlay and a white fur shawl. Fergie’s finishing touches to the costume included a white collar, white blunt bob wig, and white cat ears.

Karrueche Tran as a Playboy Bunny

When in doubt, rock a classic costume! A Playboy bunny outfit never seems to go out of style, and there’s at least one at every costume party. Karrueche Tran knew this and happily took on that role. Her bunny costume consisted of a black lace bodysuit that had sheer panels on the stomach and chest areas.

Tran paired this with black fishnets, black high heels, white cuffs, and a white bowtie. Did we forget something? Yes, last but certainly not least, she wore a large pair of black bunny ears with lace in the middle of them.

Carmen Electra as Lani McKenzie

The Today Show loves nostalgic reunions and blasts from the past, so it only made sense that they channeled that nostalgia when Carmen Electra appeared on a Halloween episode. The actress broke into the world of acting when she was on the Tv show Baywatch, so it was only fitting for her to step back into her old character.

To recreate her Lani McKenzie look, Electra stepped into the iconic red one-piece swimsuit. She had to add some fishnet tights and a matching red jacket because the weather outside of the studio is a bit colder than the beach set.

Farrah Abraham as the Queen of Hearts

One of the most controversial teenagers to appear on Teen Mom, Farrah Abraham, proves that she not only has a heart but that she has at least seven glittery ones! Abraham attended a Halloween party in Las Vegas and stopped to show off her Queen of Hearts costume from Alice in Wonderland.

It included a purple skirt with black lace trim, black leather leg straps, red sparkly heels, a corset top with gold strips, a skirt overlay in the back with gold trim along the sides, long velvet sleeves with heart details on the shoulders, and middle of her chest.

Bethenny Frankel as Marilyn Monroe

Marilyn Monroe is one of the most recognizable female actresses of all time, so it wasn’t surprising to see someone copy her likeness for a Halloween party. Bethenny Frankel chose one of Monroe’s lesser-done looks by wearing a snug, bubblegum pink, strapless, floor-length dress with a huge bow in the back like the one in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.

The Real Housewives personality completed the look with matching pink gloves, diamond bracelets, a statement diamond necklace, diamond earrings, and Monroe’s iconic platinum blonde locks.

Jenny McCarthy as a Maid

The TV personality proves that she cleans up nicely. We’re not sure what’s more impressive, her actual abilities to clean up a mess or how much she’s highlighted her cleavage in her costume. McCarthy’s look included a black leather corset with a leather skirt. The dress set was trimmed with white leather along the sleeves and plunging neckline.

Photo by Jill Ann Spaulding/FilmMagi/Getty Images

The neckline also highlighted a small white leather bow in the middle and matched McCarthy’s white lace headband with a small black bow. McCarthy swept her hair up into a messy bun and wore a black leather choker.

Melanie Iglesias as a Mermaid

Heidi Klum’s Halloween party is the place to be for the holiday to see the best of the best for celebrity costumes. Melanie Iglesias did not disappoint when she debuted her ethereal mermaid look. The model wore a shiny green skirt with blue sequin clusters to emulate scales of a tail.

On her arms, stomach, and upper chest, Iglesias used makeup to tie in that same scale pattern. For her top, she wore a strapless bra covered in algae, shells, and starfish to connect herself to live under the sea.

Nicole Trunfio as a Disco Queen

Costumes are a chance to express yourself, and Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween event is the perfect place for celebrities to express their creativity. Nicole Trunfio milked her photo opportunity on the red carpet to show off her disco vibes in her barely-there outfit.

The model wore shimmery silver heels, a white rhinestone bikini top, black booty shorts with a sparkly silver overlay, metallic purple gloves, and an epic translucent pink cape. She finished off her look with a silver collar necklace with dangling jewels and a voluminous afro.

Kylie Jenner as Christina Aguilera

Celebrities dressing up as other celebrities is always entertaining, but it’s even better when it’s a hyper-specific cultural moment. Kylie Jenner understood the assignment when she decided to dress up as a very specific Christina Aguilera look for Halloween.

Source: Instagram/@kyleijenner

The makeup mogul opted for Xtina’s epic outfit from her “Dirrty” music video. To make the look a reality, Jenner wore red and black chaps, red booty shorts, and a white and red bikini top. Always one to commit to a costume, Jenner also rocked Aguilera’s signature white-blonde and a long black wig.

Bella Thorne as Mother Nature

Bella Thorne has thrown her child star image onto the back burner, and this Mother Nature costume made certain of that. The Famous in Love actress took a glittery interpretation of Mother Nature and wore it to her Halloween-themed birthday party.

Source: Instagram/@bellathron

Her look included body glitter and glittery pasties all over her torso, an open metallic green jacket, skinny white jeans, and white platform boots. The green glitter also heavily appeared on Thorne’s face as part of the look. She also attached vines with leaves on her boots and in her hair.

Perrie Edwards as a Mermaid

We’ve seen a number of mermaids on this list but none as glammed up as Perrie Edwards. The singer from Little Mix shows that she’s more than just a good singer but someone who fully commits to a makeup look.

Source: Instagram/@perrieedwards

Edwards decided to go as a mermaid for Halloween and went with a glamorous seafloor interpretation. She wore a bra completely covered in sequins and seashells. Her makeup skills are what really made the look, with her heavy use of green glitter and starfish in place of her hair.

Jen Selter as Wonder Woman

Every woman should be considered a wonder woman, but Jen Selter chose to rock the iconic superhero outfit for Halloween. The internet sensation rocked all of the key components to a classic Wonder Woman look: red, blue, gold, and white stars.

Source: Instagram/@jenselter

She wore blue booty shorts with white stars on them, a red extra cropped top, a small red metallic cape, gold cuffs, and the gold headband with a red star. Both the shorts and the top had gold trim to tie into the theme.

Emily Sears as Lola Bunny

When it comes to cultural moments, Space Jam was released and offered even more costume options for Halloween. Emily Sears seemed to agree as she chose to dress up at Lola Bunny, one of the Looney Tunes characters that appear in the movie.

Source: Instagram/@emilysears

The Australian model wore sheer tights, purple booty shorts; a cut Tunes Squad jersey to highlight her midriff and cleavage, blunt blonde bangs, and large bunny ears. Sears even remembered to carry a white towel with her, just like Lola does in the film.

Hailey Bieber as Barbie

The reason that Hailey Bieber has been such a successful model is that she can rock even the most classic costumes and make them seem fresh. The model decided to do a spin on the classic Barbie costume and chose to dress as ’80s Barbie for Halloween.

Source: Instagram/@haileybieber

Bieber worse sheer fishnet tights, Adidas sneakers, a metallic pink leotard with “Barbie” written across the torso in white, white arm sleeves, and a light pink sweatband. She put her blonde hair up in a high pony to emulate an ’80s workout woman.

Olivia Culpo as a Monkey

The person who said “beauty is pain” obviously never saw Olivia Culpo in this costume! The model played it lowkey with this monkey costume for one Halloween. From the photos, it looks like a fuzzy onesie that had a furry hood with monkey ears.

Source: Instagram/@oliviaculpo

Our guess is that the onesie also came with a long tail to complete the look. Culpo’s hair naturally blended in with the onesie’s fur trim on the hood and used shades of brown for her makeup to match the costume.

La La Anthony as Skarlet

Sometimes, celebrities choose really surprisingly specific characters to dress up as for Halloween. La La Anthony went in that direction when she chose to rock this costume as Skarlet from the Mortal Kombat battle video games. Who knew she was such a huge gamer?!

Source: Instagram/@lala

Anthony rocked a red and black leotard with leather trim on the top. She paired it with nude tights, a metallic red leg cuff, knee-high boots, black metallic armbands, and a face covering. Anthony even had Skarlet’s swords behind her back and her sky-high ponytail.

Melissa Bolona as a Cavewoman

Perhaps Flo Rida was singing about this actress when he crooned the lyrics, “Boots with the fur.” Melissa Bolona attended this costume party dressed in a revealing prehistoric cavewoman costume. Though it may not be historically accurate, we’re sure that any caveman would’ve been excited to build a fire with her.

Bolona wore a tan and brown crop top with shoulder pads and fur chest cups. On her bottom half, she wore a matching skirt with hanging fur panels. Bolona finished her look with tan platform boots trimmed with fur.

Vanessa Hudgens as a Skeleton

Vanessa Hudgens has created quite the reputation for herself in Hollywood as a celebrity who loves to dress up. Whether it’s at music festivals or costume parties, the actress always comes with a memorable look. This Halloween costume highlighted her body with a black bustier bodysuit and matching black velvet gloves.

Source: Instagram/@vanessahudgens

The real eye-catching part was the skeleton hands that seemed to cup Hudgens’ chest. On her hip hung a metal cage with a skeleton seemingly trapped inside. The actress finished the look with a silver blunt bob wig with bangs and black lipstick.

Porscha Coleman as a Leopard

Animal prints never seem to go out of style, and neither do feline Halloween costumes. Porscha Coleman knew that and decided to rock a classic leopard look at the Yandy.com Halloween bash. The actress wore a leotard with leopard print and long sleeves.

Attached to the back of the bodysuit was a matching tail, and she paired it with matching knee-high socks in the same pattern. One of the only things she wore without leopard print on it was her black heeled booties. To complete her fierce feline look, Coleman wore a leopard headband with ears.

Stassi Schroeder as a Colonial Ghost

Freeform’s 31 Nights of Halloween Fan Fest celebrated Halloween classics, and what’s more classic than an old-timey ghost? Stassi Schroeder showed up to the party, rocking a modern twist on colonial garments. Her outfit was white and ivory-colored with layers upon layers of delicate lace.

Source: Twitter

The costume included a petticoat covering and a shortened skirt that wouldn’t have cut it when actual colonial women wore these clothes. With her ruffled sleeves and ghostly makeup, Schroeder came ready to provide tricks and treats at the party.

Anya Benton and Khloe Terae as Masked Maidens

When attending a masquerade, the only rule of thumb is to come with a mask. Anything beyond that is up to interpretation of the theme. When Anya Benton and Khloe Terae attended the Kandy Masquerade, they took the theme to provocative heights.

Technically, both models wore barely-there glitter masks, and their outfits went along the same lines. Benton and Terae both rocked sheer, black, lace floor-length dresses. Each woman had slight differences in their masks and dresses as not to appear in exactly the same thing.

Kristina Menissov as a Black Widow

The Kandy Masquerade might not be the typical Halloween vibe, but it does provide an additional opportunity to push the boundaries of fashion. Kristina Menissov took the assignment of showing up in a mask to an elevated level.

The model walked the red carpet in a black leather leotard with lace cutouts and excess lace hanging from the bottoms. She paired it with over-the-knee black boots. Her mask, the star of the entire look, was black and silver with a spiderweb pattern over her left eye.

Victoria Silvstedt as Catwoman

Though there is no shortage of creative ideas for Halloween, the cat costumes continue coming and each with its own spin. Victoria Silvstedt attended Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween bash and came dressed as Catwoman.

The model from Sweden put her own spin on the character with a black latex bodysuit that had metal holes to feed through ties all along with the costume. She wore knee-high black boots and matching black cat ears. Her catsuit was long-sleeved with an eyelet opening to showcase her cleavage in the outfit.

Stassie Karanikolaou and Noah Centineo as Chucky and a Victim

Couples’ costumes are great for friends, romantic partners, or even roommates to incorporate more depth to the look. Noah Centineo and Stassie Karanikolaou were a perfect example of that when they attended a Halloween party dressed as Chucky and, presumably, one of Chucky’s victims.

Centineo got off easy simply wearing a slashed white t-shirt with fake blood. Karanikolaou personified the creepy doll with red heeled sneakers, a denim overalls dress, and a multicolored striped long sleeve shirt. She completed the costume with a bright orange wig and fake facial cuts.

Cardi B as a Nun

Cardi B is known for her clever lyrics and even more so for her memorable outfits. It seems like this rapper waits all year for Halloween just to show her best looks. Cardi attended a Halloween party at a club and decided to dress up as a nun.

With anything Cardi does, obviously, she was not a typical nun as she wore a black leather bodysuit, black leather fingertipless gloves, black fishnet tights, and black knee-high boots. The only semi-typical part of her look was the nun’s habit, though Cardi’s was completely white and made out of latex.

Liam Payne as Batman

Halloween is a great chance for celebrities who have people telling them what to wear all the time to finally choose their own outfits. Singers in boy bands especially deserve a day to choose their clothes, and Liam Payne took advantage of the opportunity when he went as Batman.

He fully committed to the look with a full-body suit, cape, bat belt, and the iconic mask. Payne and Maya Henry, his ex-fiancée but current girlfriend, went to the Halloween party together, where Henry dressed up as Batgirl.

Keri Hilson as Cleopatra

When Halloween comes around, people can take artistic liberties with how they recreate a historical figure’s wardrobe. Keri Hilson made this choice when she chose to go as a modern take on Egypt’s Cleopatra for her own Halloween party.

To be fair, the only telltale sign that she was dressed like the Egyptian queen was the blunt black wig with gold accents and the bold black eyeliner. The rest of the outfit was a red unitard, red jewelry, black heels, and a black fishnet dress overlay.
