A perfect Sunday Picture.
Looking at the two pictures, you would know the childhood picture was taken in the 90s, and it was a glorious picture back then. Little wonder they decided to recreate the photo in the modern era. Guess what? The recreation was perfect. From the clothing to the expressions and even the background, they paid attention to little details. The youngest kid might not have gotten his outfit right, but it’s understandable given that there was no way he could get a perfect pair of toddler’s overall. For a job well done, we give them an A.
A Play in the Mud
This is quite special because the recreated picture doesn’t look like it was planned. Though that is what we think, we might be wrong. Looking at the photo on the right, it is entirely possible that the four adult men could have been mud-wrestling at a lake during a family vacation. The recent picture wasn’t shot in the original location. As we can see, in the original image, the four men were standing in the sand, but the recent photo was grassy. Whatever the case may be, it’s a very decent lovely recreation photo.
The Favorite Bathtub Photo
We all had bathtubs photos of ourselves when we were young. Our parents loved these pictures because they were adorable. There is a bonus if parents can stuff all their kids into the bathtub at the same time so they can shower together. In this picture, that happened to be the case here as there are five little kids. As they grow older, they do not fit into the bathtub again but are big enough to bathe themselves. The kids are the same in both photos, and they look happy recreating their bathtub pictures again.

What a beautiful sight to behold. Don’t you just love this? The young man wearing the green and purple dragon costume likely represent favorite character during the age of the internet revolution. Generally, these kids have done an excellent job in recreating this photo. We do not know if the dragon costume was modeled after Puff the Magic Dragon or just another fire-breather. But what we know is that these guys were very accurate in their poses, background, and expressions.
‘Back To The Future’
The childhood recreation picture represents professionalism at its best. It was recreated by international photographer Irina Werning who was popularly known for “Back to the Future” photography series. She helped the lady in the picture recreate her childhood moment with her cat. The cat from the original picture was no more when the picture was to be recreated. But the cute little cat in the recreations played its part quite well. The picture on the right is so detailed in every category which is why it is among our list.

Take a look at this adorable photo of brothers with their favorite gumball dispenser. The thing we love about the remake photo is its vintage look. The same designs of clothing worn by the kids are the same worn by the adults. The sweater with a train on it, the suspenders and a polo shirt are being worn in the same style and fashion as they did when they were kids. The sight of photos is purely entertaining and heartwarming.
When You Believe in Santa Forever
Remember when you were a kid, and you were very excited to see Santa and tell him what you want for Christmas. The little boy on the left was just about telling Santa what he wanted as a gift. And it turned out that he got what he wanted. Since then, he never stopped believing in Santa, and he kept receiving more gifts. He was so in love with his childhood picture with Santa that he decided to recreate it as an adult and give it to his mum as a gift. Isn’t this lovely?

Kids Love the Airplane Game
As kids, there was nothing we love like playing games with our parents, especially the airplane game. Yeah, you now remember. The game where we were being held up in the air by an adult’s feet. Though it was terrifying, we sure did enjoy it. This is why we added this childhood photo to our list. The recreation on the right was what caught our eyes. Despite the game getting harder with age, they got it right. Irrespective of whether they nailed it or not, we know the game is still fun.
